"Something about it just didn’t really work for..."
Something about it just didn’t really work for me. The texture felt thick, and it kind of sat on top of my skin instead of absorbing in. It ended up feeling too greasy for my taste.

"Still lacking clear ethics info"
I really wanted to like this brand, but the sustainability info just feels too vague. I couldn’t find clear details on sourcing or packaging, which matters to me, so I’m not going to reorder. I also don’t love when companies respond with those canned “we’re sorry you feel that way” apologies instead of actually answering the question.

"Good ingredients, but not totally perfect"
The ingredients look good tbh, mostly clean, which I definitely liked. That said, a few things didn’t feel as gentle on my skin as I was expecting. It’s not bad at all, just kinda average for the price imo.

"Not a good fit for my skin"
I tried this twice, kind of hoping it would be a quick fix, but my face got red and itchy both times. I was already in a rush when I used it, so dealing with the irritation was really frustrating. Maybe it just doesn’t agree with my skin, but I stopped using it right away. Ended up feeling like a waste of money for me.

"Just not worth the price to me"
I really wanted to like this, I did, but it just felt too expensive for what it is. It was okay, nothing terrible, but nothing that felt special either. The size was smaller than I expected too, so that was kind of disappointing. For the price, I thought it would feel more premium or at least last a bit longer. i’ve used cheaper products that worked pretty much the same. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Stronger scent than I expected"
I really thought I was going to like this, but the scent was much stronger than I expected. I was hoping for something more natural and gentle, but it came off perfumy to me and seemed to linger on my face forever. I ended up washing it off after a little while because it was just too much. Not something I’d buy again.

"Shipping was way slower than I expected"
I ordered from theorganicskinco.com and the shipping just took way too long. After that first email, I didn’t really get much of anything update-wise, so I was kind of left wondering where my package even was.
When it finally showed up, it was later than I expected, and the whole thing was just annoying. The product itself might be fine, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed this or that by a certain time.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The product itself was fine, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box showed up dented, and the lid didn’t seem like it was sealed properly. It just felt a little cheap and messy, if that makes sense. For the price, I was expecting a nicer first impression.

"Bad first impression with support"
This gave me a bad first impression. I reached out to support and never got a reply, which was really frustrating. It just felt unhelpful and like I was being ignored.
